We’re in the process of building out our new trailer, goal to open up in April 2024.

Is this the same as The Flying Tomato?

Yes! When we purchased The Flying Tomato from the original owners in 1996, they gave us permission to continue using the name for two years at no charge. In 1998, we opted to change the name to The Tomato Pizza.

Who is the owner? 

Michael Slusarski, son of the original owners Becky and Ski.

Where are you located? 

We will be located at the Austin Street Truck Stop behind Eastside.

What will be on the full menu? 

The menu will be a combination of original Tomato recipes along with exciting new items.

To account for the limited space that comes with running out of a food truck, we plan to offer slices, personal-size stuffed pizzas, breadsticks, and more. Check out the current menu here.

Do you have merch? 

Yes! You can purchase merchandise in person at the truck or online!
